I use the Nama J juicer but use whatever you have.
Ingredients
• One cup fresh spinach
• One cucumber
• Two green apples
• One celery stalk
• One-half lemon, peeled
• 1-inch piece of fresh ginger
• A handful of fresh mint
• ½ cup water (optional if you like a lighter blend)
Instructions
Wash everything well. I like rinsing produce in water and baking soda.
Cut your fruits and veggies into juicer-friendly pieces.
Juice them one at a time.
Add water if you like a smoother consistency.
Pour into a glass, add ice if you want it chilled, and enjoy.
